    Sales Manager-CREDIT CARD-Structured ProductsJOB DESCRIPTIONRoles & responsibilitiesManaging a team of relationship managers.Responsible for Managing the overall productivity for the team.Responsible for Hiring and building/retaining team.Driving Credit Cards sales through team in the open market.Coordinate with various internal stake holders for issuance to credit cards.Taking complete ownership starting from sourcing, dispatching, follow up with ops and Credit.Responsible for Corporate tie ups and other business development activities.Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team.Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
