Job Description

    We are urgently looking for Sales Manager for BOPP woven bag manufacturing company.Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for BOPP woven bags. Identify and approach potential clients in target industries (e.g., agriculture, chemicals, FMCG, etc.). Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.2. Market Research and Strategy: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Provide insights for product positioning and pricing strategies based on market feedback.3. Client Communication and Coordination: Communicate product specifications, benefits, and customizations to clients. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Address and resolve customer queries or complaints promptly.4. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Track sales performance and implement corrective actions when needed.5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with company goals.Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.Others: Willingness to travel extensively across India.
