1. Strategic 1. Developing the franchise sales strategy and sales plan 2. Update the board with market intelligence and trends in the market and device business strategy.3. Conceptualize & launch initiatives to maximize revenue generation 4. Business Development for redevelopment project , project funding and project marketing5. Managing Ultra HNIs / Super HNIs / NRIs2. Sales planning and sales management 1. Prepare detailed sales plans for the Rental , Secondary and Primary market2. To set targets for the sales force3. Develop incentive plans for the sales team4. To review Sales team performance on a daily basis5. Ensure generation of leads through calls , references and various marketing & promotional measures and ensure prompt responsiveness on leads and enquires for maximum conversions 6. Ensure productivity of the Sales team and provide necessary support 7. Develop relations with existing & new key customers (E.g. Corporates , NRI , Investor , HNI Clients)3. Developmental 1. Keep abreast of local and new developments in the area 2. Forge relationship with local agents / brokers / wealth managers / CA etc.3. Manage the team effectively by coaching , mentoring , provide periodic feedback and exposure to enhance learning.4. Share best practices within the Team and with other Franchise units 4. 1. Ensure visibility for CBPR in the designated region by actively participating in local forums , participating in meets , Local activities etc 2. Identify local and neighborhood marketing opportunity and provide inputs to the centralized Marketing team. 3. Coordinate and support PR activities in the designated area 4.
