Job Description

Description:1. Manage sales and distribution through the cross channel and open market channels2. Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / Branches3. Analyze the market trend for products development and do market research.4. Planning & execution of market promotional activities according to market & business requirements.5. Focus on increased Productivity6. Marketing and encashing catchment areas7. Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Loan against property8. Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell & Multi selling of Insurance9. Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations10. Understand credit analysis, Personal discussion with client for business understanding. Co-ordinate forcredit risk assessment.11. Co-ordinate for legal documentation, disbursement.12. Post-disbursement monitoring, ensure performance monitoring, maintaining portfolio quality13. Relationship management with the client / dealers.14. Ensure collection of dues from the customers and also to help and monitor the payment from the company15. Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.16. Ensuring Top Class service for Customers.
