Job Description

    Hi,We are urgently looking forSales & Marketing Manager.Location:- AhmedabadExperience :- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of sales, distribution or logisticsCTC up to 12 LPAQualification :Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldsNote:- Candidate should be comfortable to visit the Africa for 12 monthMISSION:Ensure the planning, monitoring and rigorous control of sales and marketing operations, through the analysis of indicators, budgetary control and support in the definition of commercial strategies, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic objectives and the optimization of results.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that maximize market reach and sales performance, aligning with the companys strategic objectives2. Manage and monitor distribution channels, ensuring that products are available at points of sale efficiently and in a timely manner3. Work collaboratively with the management planning and control (PCG) team to ensure production is aligned with market demand and distribution4. Analyze and control sales performance, including writing sales reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies5. Coordinate logistics operations to ensure products are delivered efficiently, minimizing costs and avoiding stockouts6. Monitor and analyze consumption trends and market behavior, identifying opportunities for growth and market expansion7. Manage the distribution network efficiently, always seeking to optimize delivery routes and logistics costs8. Develop and maintain good relationships with distributors, customers and business partners, promoting a solid and reliable distribution network9. Monitor the performance of sales teams, ensuring the effective implementation of commercial strategies and the motivation of the team to achieve sales goals10. Keep up with competition and pricing dynamics in the market, adjusting sales and distribution strategies as neededCOMPUTER SKILLS:Proficiency in MS Office, (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Knowledge of ERP tools (preferably SAP)Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) software (Power BI, Power Automate)SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:Management of commercial and marketing budgets, forecasting, definition and monitoring of KPIsAnalysis of sales, market and campaign performance with BI toolsUnderstanding of the beverage industry, distribution channels, consumer behavior, and trendsIf interested, please share your updated CV at hidden_email or call/whatsapp me at hidden_mobile
