The ideal candidate shouldhave a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of construction materials, and the ability tobuild and maintain lasting customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Business Development: Actively promote and sell Wallgreens Formsolutionsproducts to existing and potential customers within the construction, automotive, and industrialsectors.2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, benefits, and applications of WallgreensFormsolutions products. Effectively communicate product specifications and advantages tocustomers.4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, andpotential new business opportunities. Provide feedback to the marketing and productdevelopment teams.5. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective salesstrategies. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.6. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, prepare andpresent proposals, and close sales deals in a professional and ethical manner.7. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams toensure seamless coordination and fulfillment of customer orders.8. Customer Support: Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries, concerns, andissues promptly.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. Strong understanding of wood-based products and their applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
