Job DescriptionPosition: Field Sales Executive, Health & Safety DivisionJob Summary: Implement, front-line organisation metrics, processes, systems, plans, activities and promotions to achieve business sales & distribution goals and objectives in specified territory in a sustainable manner.Type of Customers: Industrial customers including Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Auto & AutoAncilliary, Engineering etc.Function: SalesReports to: Sales ManagerDuties and Responsibilities:1) Achieve Sales and Collection targets for the assigned region.2) Visit industrial customers as listed by the organization.3) To identify new potential customers by making cold calls thereby improving territory penetration as well as enhancing geographic coverage.4) Key Account Management, Increase penetration in existing key customers.5) To conduct at-least 4-5 productive customer meetings every day6) To build relationship with Health && Safety department, Fire Safety team, meet production team and conduct demonstrations to end users for getting the product approved.7) Implementation of Technical and Marketing activities in the territory. To share feedback on such campaigns for making them more effective.8) To identify key decision makers and introduce company product experts, leadership team for business generation9) To report the daily activities and business matrices as per the defined schedules10) To keep the management updated on competition activities and share opinion on winning against the competition.Basic Qualifications:1) Candidate should have fire to WIN, Challenge the status quo and zeal to meet & convert more customers.2) Science Graduate with sales background are preferred.
