Job Description

    Company Profile:Our clieny company provides tailored, intelligent healthcare solutions based on the latest professional insights. Every year, they supply high volumes of healthcare products via pharmaceutical supply programs across the continent.Job Profile:The Position is responsible for managing sales operations and data management of assigned projects including,
    1. Process quotations: Upon receipt of clients rqf, execute the quotes in accordance with internal sop and supportive tools. Data generation and management of the quotes in erp.
    2. Process orders: Upon receipt of Purchase Order from the client, execute the order in accordance with internalsop and supportive tools. Data generation and management of the orders in erp.
    3. Daily coordination with Sales Front office in headoffice on ongoing matters, rfqs, and orders.
    4. Focal point between internal departments (Sales; Logistics; Quality; Purchase and Warehouse).
    5. Actively contribute to updating sops and tools to constantly improve our efficiency.
    Desired Candidate:Any Graduate with 2 yrs. Experience in Sales Process/Customer Support/Back office Functions, preferably in International kpo/bpo.Proficiency in Written & Spoken English is Must.Contact Person:Neha Sharmahidden_email
