Job Description

    Designation: Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive- SnagsDesired Candidate: A very relevant experience in commercial interior projectsDuties and Responsibilities: Should be managing post-handover work (snag work) Maintenance of Warranty clause post completion of project/ handing over Independently handle all snags, complaints and requests of the customers and respond to questions whenever needed Take necessary approvals and manage day to day operations on site to attain customer delight Should act as a single point of contact(SPOC) for the client Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments To manage all the snag work as per the stipulated timeline Coordinate with the concerned person to take signoff over completed tasks To guide &&& instruct workers for day to day activities Should be responsible for the quality as well as quantity of production To arrange necessary materials machines, tools, hardware, wooden components, etc. for getting the things done Assign different Vendors for different types of jobs after taking quotations Attend project meetings Coordinate with the logistic department for material delivery at site Handle escalations appropriately according to escalation matrix Taking approval from seniorsRequirements and Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration or relevant field Reading comprehension of technical documents Excellent written and spoken communication skills Exemplary analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to nurture effective professional relationships with staff and clients Confidence to thrive under pressure Professional demeanour and attitude
