Job Description

    Greetings!Urgent Opening with the Reputed Company for the position of Site Supervisor in AhmedabadQualification: HSC Pass /Diploma CivilExperience :More than 2 years of on-site experience in civil or road constructionPosition Objective: The incumbent will be responsible formanaging daily on-site activities, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks, and maintaining safety and quality standardsRole & responsibilities
    • Assist the Jr. Engineer in supervising day-to-day site activities
    • Monitor and manage labor teams and subcontractors
    • Ensure work is carried out as per instructions and project plans
    • Maintain on-site discipline, work schedule, and safety regulations.
    • Track material usage and report shortages or excess
    • Keep accurate records of daily progress and labor attendance
    • Coordinate with the Jr. Engineer for material delivery and task planning.
    Preferred candidate profile:
    • Basic understanding of road construction methods and civil works
    • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
