Job Description

The Impact:

  • As a part of Credit Risk Solutions team, the candidate will ensure strong understanding of Statistical models & Ratings products.
  • The role offers multiple opportunities to collaborate with various internal stakeholders from Product Management, thought leaders, Technology, and Client Services etc. thereby maximizing exposure.
  • The candidate will have a great influence on customer satisfaction and in return will learn how these offerings play a critical role in decision making for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Help Client Services to answer Techno-Functional client queries as part of the 2nd level support for Credit Analytics & Credit Solutions
  • Work closely with Product Management team to understand the model requirements to cater the needs of the clients.
  • Actively participate in Credit Analytics excel template development/testing with Financial Modeling & PM team.
  • Work closely with client services team and product management to understand their requirement and write basic queries on various databases for multiple products.
  • Identify, recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of the process.
  • Working with the product team on onboarding the clients.
  • Contribute expertise in testing upgrades and new releases from a client perspective as part of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Learning about organization s products or services and to be flexible with developments.
  • Prepare product reports and customize reports for Ad-hoc requests and explore areas for automation/improvement.
  • Monitoring of various products on platforms & feeds and sending notifications to internal clients.
  • Establish and maintain lasting relationships with stakeholders around the globe in delivering superior service to our customers.

What we re looking for:

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelors/PG degree or equivalent qualification in Finance.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, SQL.
  • Effective presentation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Flexible in working any shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Good understanding of CIQ & MI Plug-ins
  • Quick in decision making while dealing with client issues.
  • Out of the box thinking to solve business problems.
