Job Description

    The group is looking for a Sr. Consultant to play a key role in opportunity identification, solution conceptualization, requirements documentation and benefits realization. Opportunity Identification: To perform process study, process assessments, design thinking sessions to come up improvement opportunitiesSolution Conceptualization: To understand client s business processes, existing IT landscape and propose relevant transformative solutions Knowledge of RPA/Cognitive Automation concepts and ROI/business case analysis is a mustKnowledge of lean/six sigma, Machine learning concepts and basic programming skills (in .Net/C#/PLSQL) will be a plusMake solution proposals that show value for money and that sell. Solution champion with good articulation and presentation skillsNetworking skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Ability to communicate and effectively interact with CxOsWork effectively both independently as well as a member of a cross-functional team Requirements Documentation: To gather, analyze and document solution requirements (functional as well as non-functional). Liaison with development teams on managing requirements, participate in UAT and realize proposed/estimated benefitsCase Studies and Client Testimonials: To convert each solution implementation into a high impact case study and reference able client testimonialReporting & MIS: Provide inputs to CoE teams for periodic reports and MIS for respective track/area,
