The Senior Design Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with overseeing all design activities, from concept development through design execution, and ensuring the full compliance with the construction contract and other regulations. The candidate must. have excellent leadership and communication skills, manage a team of Design Engineers and contribute to the development, maintenance, and growth of the design department.Qualifications Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong experience in design management Experience in the construction industry, including with regulatory compliance and safety Knowledge of design software and a working understanding of engineering principles and construction practices Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Experience in the precast design of high-rise structures, industrial complexes, and hospitality buildings is a plus,
