Job DescriptionTo verify all the treatment sheets written by the RMOs & consultants for appropriateness as per standards and report non compliance on daily basis.To perform the following list of audits and present the analysis as per calendar-A. Narcotic auditB. High alert medicationC. Refrigerator medication auditD. LASAE. Prescription auditF. Crash cart auditG. Ambulance medication kit audit.To carry out the AMS program.Attend the rounds with the consultants. And inform the RMOs about any changes in treatment chart.To ensure compliance of MMU (Medication Management Usage) chapter as per JCI requirement.To ensure compliance of MOM (Management of Medication) as per NABH requirement.
