Job Description

  • Job Holder will be responsible for studying financial transactions made by the organization and prepare financial reports based on the available data
  • Receive sales & inventory data from group companies;
  • Extract relevant sales, inventory &/or purchase data from ERP system of group companies through remote access, wherever required.
  • Analyze data and produce reports on sales & profitability (margin) by brand, by product, by SKU, by customer, by territory, by salesmen.
  • Understand & interpret the financial reports and highlight points of concern to Management.
  • Analyze movement of inventory and produce aging reports.
  • Circulate financial reports to concerned teams and receive their feedback.
  • Prepare / analyze product cost sheets as required by the Management.
  • Carry out statistical analysis on sales, purchase &/or inventory as required for management review;
  • Prepare periodic consolidation of group companies accounts as per set structure
  • Assist the overseas Accounts Dept by performing some functions off-site, such as, preparing Bank Reconciliation, analyzing credit card statements, etc.
  • Strong Analytical skills & Interpersonal skill.
  • User knowledge in JD Edwards/ ERP experience is a must.
  • Should be well versed with MS office applications namely excel/word/power point.
  • Strong working knowledge in Accounts Payable and Account Receivable.
  • Knowledge in Global Accounting Principles & Practices
  • Exposure to Margin and Profitability analysis
