Specialist - HR Business Partner - large function - The role could be HRB P for across varied type of verticals and corporate functions - Engagement with the business / service lines on understanding business demands and roles is key for this role holder - Will be involved in hiring decisions and conduc itng HR round of interviews of candidates as required Provides advice, suppo rt and coaching to line managers and employees to manage and resolve employee r elations cases Supports Head HR Business Partners in driving the delivery of the People agenda within a defined area of the organisation Works with the Ce ntres of Expertises and HR Services to ensure a seamless customer experience fo r managers Manager of self. Exchange ideas and information effectively, to e xplain ideas and concepts in a concise and logical way - Responsible for a full range of human resources services for a multiple/large centre or multiple/ lar ge location - Plans, organizes and directs activities associated with compensat ion, benefits, training, recruitment, expatriate policy, employee relations and administration -Complete operational responsibility for HR function in a centr e/location - Works in partnership with a defined business leadership community to enable their functional objectives through a people plan - Responsible for driving people engagement and strategy, leading a nd supporting the transformational people agenda by pro-actively bringing to li fe the Vodafone People Strategy - Plans, organizes and directs activities assoc iated with compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, expatriate policy, em ployee relations and administration. - Implement the people policies and HR programs for the organization andi nvolve themselves in the day to day running of the unit they service. - Analyze HR data, identifying problems and recommending viable solutions to management and developing HR manuals - Acts as an HR interface with a defined business lea dership community, provides leadership to the business leadership team, anddri ves the delivery of the transformational people agenda, bringing to life the Vo dafone People Strategy 4- 8 years of overall experience, at least 2 years as HRBP. Strong and effective communication skills MBA in HR for a premium institute.,
