Job Description

    Job descriptionSenior Manager/Asst. General Manager - Finance and AccountRoles & ResponsibilitiesFunctional:
    • Manage and oversee the daily Operations of Account Dept. of constructions Divisions/ Projects .
    • Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations,
    • G/L account reconciliation and ledger scrutiny of accounts
    • Ledger Scrutiny of accounts and ensuring accounts in accordance with the accounting standards and preparation of financials as per IND AS
    • Ensure sound accounting of the Construction site complying with the provisions of applicable status like Companies Act, Income Tax Act etc. thereafter getting accounts smoothly audited by Internal & Statutory Auditors
    MIS and Financials :Preparation & Presentation of Monthly MIS report according Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
    • Handling activities of constructions divisions such as invoice booking, regulating vendor and clients payments, (Receivables and Payables) & preparation of MIS at month end
    • G/L account reconciliation and ledger scrutiny of accounts
    • Ledger Scrutiny of accounts and ensuring accounts in accordance with the accounting standards
    • Ensure completeness of books of accounts.
    The Candidate :The position is a senior position heading the site accounts or Regional Account department and its allied functions.The candidate must be B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter and having about 20 years of hands on experience of handling entire gamut of Accounts department.
