Roles and responsibilities 1.Manage Fire Safety operations of Corporate House. 2. Develop operating procedures for effective Fire Safety Management System. 3. Management of the Ahmedabad Fire Safety Team (both on roll & off roll) and utilize all resources available in an efficient manner. 4. Responsible for Asset Protection and coordination of other Fire Safety related HR & Commercial functions. 5. Manage fire incidents and emergency response at the site in consultation with NSCR, Security and other departments. 6. Liaison with local fire brigade, hospitals, police and district administration for quick response during emergency/crisis. 7. Establish, implement, maintain and review Fire safety objectives and programs including responsibility, authority, means & time frame at all relevant functions and levels. 8. Forecasting of annual budget, monitoring and control of the same. 9. Coordination & management of NFA/PR/SES pertaining to the Fire Department 10. Management of outsourced firemen contract at site in coordination with commercial team and Security GHQ. 11. Conduct review meetings, internal audits to monitor and measure Fire safety performance, incident investigation, non-conformities and its corrective and preventive action status. 12. Standardise PPE and Fire Safety Devices, identify and develop approved vendors.Required Candidate profile13.Should be graduate / post graduates and NBOSH with 12-15 years of experience in Fire safety in reputed organization.14.Should have experience as Head of Fire department of a unit / site.15.
