Job Description

    Responsibilities Coordination with HO/site land team and finance team to gather requisite documents required for security creation. Preparation of Note for Approval and terms and conditions for appointment of Local counsel. Coordination with Local Counsel w.r.t revenue records/ documents for preparation of Title Search Report. Check and verify Title Search Report received from Local Counsel. Review and resolution of queries received from Lenders Legal Counsel. Planning, Monitoring, and coordinating with Local Counsel /Lenders Legal Counsel to ensure timely completion of security creation. Submission of requisite documents to Local Counsel /Lenders Legal Counsel. Preparation of MIS, Issue tracker and work sheets to monitor day-to-day progress of project. Maintaining proper filing and record of the revenue documents, TSRs and Title Deed (Original, Certified). Prior litigation experience shall be an added advantage.Qualifications Educational Qualification. LLB/LLM Experience: 3 years experience in Land Acquisition and Revenue laws,
