Job Description

  • Planning & Deployment of Security force for all three plants
  • Investigations of security / safety / fire incidents and timely reporting to the higher authorities
  • VIP Visits co-ordination.
  • Night Vigilance of facility.
  • Safety and Traffic Management
  • Parking of vehicles
  • Smooth Material Movement at Material Gate and monitoring of Weighbridge for loss prevention.
  • Taking interview of Security personnel s.
  • Preparing Daily Security Operational Report for RIL & RGSS Management, Movement of employees, Visitors, keep watch on security of men, material and machines.
  • Taking of vigilance reports and reporting to higher authorities.
  • Checking of all In/Out registers of main gate / material gate
  • Inventory Maintenance
  • Communication with agency (Man power supply as security team), meeting with contractors, transporters etc.
  • Implementation of policies and rules made by the management
  • Statutory compliance and maintaining records
  • Stock & Stationary
  • Employees welfare and requirements (I card/Entry Permit, Visitors management, Attendance grievance)
  • Office Maintenance /AMC for different product.
  • Handling the Welfare issues of Security staff
  • Handling of security related grievances
  • Security matters of female employees and workers
