Roles and Responsibility: Independently design, develop, test, release, and sustain world-class software application Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers Analyze requirement specifications, carry out feasibility analysis and estimating effort Participating in code reviews, working with testers to validate all implementations Communicate development status and escalate issues to management Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical employees Work within an Agile environment to develop, test and deliver software in small iterations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Skills: Proficiency in programming in C++, development of algorithms using efficient data structures to come up with optimized code, debugging and troubleshooting under Linux environment Solid experience with high concurrency applications, multithreading, server architectures Experience with network programming including HTTP, SMTP and raw TCP/IP sockets Extensive knowledge of email messaging and security, not just sending using SMTP Knowledge of cloud technologies ,
