    Job Opportunity for Service Coordinator - BATH DIVISIONJob Location: AhmedabadIndustry preferred from Building MaterialThe Service coordinator is an Executive N level in the Asian Paints Ess Ess – Bath Division Unit whose prime responsibilities are to maintain Customer Satisfaction score by working in close coordination with the Sales Team.To handle customer complaints and ensure resolutionGuiding Technicians for non-solvable complaints on their own.Visiting consumers’ site along with Technicians on random basis to understand their ways of working.Quality of complaint closureExtensive travel of 16-20 days in a monthManaging Set of TechniciansMarket Visit - Dealer Visit and Consumer Site visitPlumber Meets - To brief on Function and Technicality of New Products on recently launched, on existing products - Product features - Collecting feedback and plumbers requirement – Shop Meets as per sales team requests in various towns of the division.Product Panel display - at distribution/dealer/sub-dealer’s counter and at all show rooms - Allotting Technicians and monitoring the completion of this activity within the set SLATraining to SO – newly inductedAccompanying Sos in business meetings, whenever requiredHe may be allotted any additional responsibility necessitated at the unitJob is transferable from one division to another division, as per company’s requirement.
