Job Description

    Job Title: Service Engineer Packaging MachineryNo. of Positions: 3 Location:Ahmedabad or PAN IndiaCTC: 5 to 6 LPA Industry: Packaging Machinery (VFFS / HFFS) Experience: 5 to 7 Years Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical or MechatronicsJob Overview:We are looking for skilled Service Engineers with hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, testing, and servicing of packaging machinery (VFFS/HFFS). The ideal candidates should be technically sound, customer-focused, and open to extensive travel across India and abroad.Key Responsibilities:
    • Install, commission, test, and service VFFS/HFFS packaging machines at client sites
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently
    • Provide on-site training and support to customers post-installation
    • Maintain service logs, documentation, and technical reports
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
    • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
    Requirements:
    • Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics
    • 5 to 7 years of experience in servicing packaging machinery (VFFS/HFFS preferred)
    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
    • Good communication and customer-handling abilities
    • Willingness to travel extensively across domestic and international locations
