Job Description

  • Handling Customer queries ( Walk in & phone call )
  • Processing of Account opening forms.
  • Processing of Endorsement Requests.
  • Execution of Delivery Instruction Slip.
  • Processing of Demat Request Form.
  • QRC resolution within TAT
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality in resolving QRCs (subject heads) allocated.
  • Processing of empanelment forms for Franchisee and Remmissar.
  • Co-ordinating with respective functions to ensure timely resolution of QRC.
  • Should be updated on latest products/process and regulatory circulars.
  • Maintaining of MIS/control sheet
  • Services to Channel Partners
  • Branch Administration
  • Coordinating for Vendor Payment .
  • Support services for distribution and broking related products.
