  • Will include being involved in crafting, running and monitoring the infrastructure to support Service Now tools
  • Implementing and configuring SNOW in Client environments.
  • Implement Integrations between SNOW with various platforms.
  • Implement Service Now and configuring all administrative tasks.
  • Work on service now architecture for one-to-one and one to many connections.

  • 5+ years of experience in Service Now Development
  • Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
  • JDservice now development, implementation, integration, java script, UI policies, UI action, work flow, business rule, client scrip
  • Able to train users and analyze new SNOW functionality requests.
  • Proficient Functional knowledge of the all ITSM module of ServiceNow .
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and of working in a SaaS environment
  • Comfortable to work in any shifts.
