Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Manage and develop intranet projects Coding/ Developing complex web applications Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, Familiarity with Team Foundation Server and build management Demonstrate a basic understanding of Object Oriented Programming Seeking experts in the field of SharePoint analysis, design, and hands- on development Participate in the design and development of multi- tier distributed applications in a Intranet/ Internet environment Work with business owners to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, form project plans and communicate progress throughout the software development lifecycle. Work with the technical team lead to review, analyze and define requirements for new development or enhancements to and maintenance of existing systems Create technical and functional design documents. Create, validate and enhance prototypes for projects Analyze and design technical solutions for complex business requirements Experience: 1- 7 years minimum SharePoint/ Office365 Development experience required Proficiency in SharePoint Server 2010 & 2013, Office 365 , SharePoint Online, Integrating SharePoint with third party systems and data sources, Web user interface design, Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, Microsoft SQL Server 2005- 2014, Team Foundation Server, Web Services and SOA, .NET Framework 3.0- 4.6, JavaScript especially with frameworks, such as jQuery and Angular.js, C#, .NET, CSS2 & CSS3, HTML5, XML, PowerShell Has the ability to create efficient SQL queries and understands how to optimize them for performance Design and Construct components using .NET Framework and SQL Server Identify and resolve programming problems by following routine methods and established system development methodologies Interpersonal Skills and Competencies Required: Must have the ability to multitask effectively Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills Must be able to clearly communicate with technical and non- technical associates Must be self- motivated and also work in a team environment Requires a high energy level and strong sense of urgency Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Requires a wide degree of creativity and latitude May lead and direct the work of others ,
