Job Description

    Job Title: Skin TherapistJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Skin Therapist to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality skin care services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing clients skin conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing various skin care treatments to improve the appearance and health of their skin.Responsibilities:Conduct consultations with clients to assess their skin concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.Perform various skin care treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapy.Use advanced equipment, such as microcurrent machines and LED light therapy, to enhance treatment outcomes.Develop and implement customized product recommendations for clients based on their skin type, concerns, and goals.Educate clients on proper skin care techniques, including skincare routines and product usage.Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve desired results.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client treatments and consultations.Stay current with industry developments, trends, and new technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.Collaborate with other members of the spa or clinic team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless communication.Requirements:Diploma or degree in a field related to skin care (e.g., esthetics, cosmetology, or dermatology).At least 2-3 years of experience in a skin care setting (spa, clinic, or dermatology office).Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and pathology.Proficiency in various skin care treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
