With over 13 years of experience, the team specializes in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, automation, and full-cycle product development from discovery through optimization.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineering Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Software Engineering Manager will lead and mentor software engineering teams, providing technical guidance and enabling high-quality delivery across AI-driven and conventional software projects. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end development activities, driving software design and architecture decisions, and ensuring robust implementation of distributed systems.QualificationsStrong skills in Software Development and Software Design, with experience in modern architectures and scalable solutions.Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring engineers, building high-performing teams, and guiding technical decisions.Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery within agile or similar methodologies.Hands-on experience with Distributed Systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Relevant experience in AI/ML or data-intensive applications is a plus.Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and software quality assurance.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage with stakeholders.Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience managing teams in a product or services company environment; prior exposure to global or offshore teams is beneficial. .
