- Be fluent in verbal and written English- Has high aptitude for dynamic learning and observing support issue patterns onthe job- They need knowledge of MS SQL Server, MS Office, and Crystal Reports- They need to work late evening and night shifts. In view of the lateness of theworking hours, they will be working from home- Optionally, knowledge of any xBase language will be a plusTheir work profile will be with the following outline:- They will be trained during Rajkot working hours for the software and for methodsto connect to various client servers that they will be supporting- They will be required to man the support portal and monitor incoming tickets andphone calls- They will need to troubleshoot the user issues and provide them solutions- Depending on the users needs they will have to use their knowledge to provide asolution or communicate with various teams in the organization to help find aspeedy solution for the userWill be responsible for software demonstration, implementation & support at client site.To Coordinate between customer & senior support person for any changes in the software.Resolve issues related to software.Interacting with development team.-Attend customer queries related to working of our financial application, invoicing and technical issues and provide instant solution.-Respond to customer ticket via emails-Must have excellent command over written English and should have good typing speed.-Prior experience in non-voice support and knowledge of accounting concepts would be a plus.
