SOFTWARE TECHNICAL SUPPORTLocation : AhmedabadExperience : 1 - 4 yrs.Helping customers solve technical issues.Answering questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities.Developing customer - facing documentation , user manuals on an as - needed basis.Communicating customer needs and wishes to our development and engineering staff.Managing help desk system with minimum response time on all tickets with resolutions.Solution training to our clientsGood understanding of the technical fundamentals of e - commerce. Working knowledge of Magento is an added advantage.The ability to be a good listener , and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.Excellent writing skills. Most of your work will be written (email , documentation , etc.).Excellent telephone mannerisms. Support will be provided over the phone when needed.,
