The ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solutions. Excellent English language proficiency as- well- as verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong collaboration skills, ability to mentor and be mentored. Significant experience in creating documented record about requirements specifications, use cases, process models and business rules for eCommerce solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, team- based environment. Direct customer facing exposure particularly in development and/ or delivery on Magento platform e- commerce projects (as the part of past tenures). Proven capability of interacting with clientele, managing their demands and expectations and cumulatively deriving a deep understanding of their business objectives and narrow requirements. Knowledge of widely regarded practices around web- content planning, UI/ UX approaches, application codebase modularity & maintainability and e- commerce integration scenarios.
