    Designation: Sourcing Executive / Senior Executive/ Assistant ManagerAge: Should be below 30 YearsQualification: Any Graduate/ Post GraduationSalary: 1.8 to 3 Lacs pa plus PF, Gratuity, Mediclaim, incentives. Travel allowanceExperience 1 to 2 years in salesEducation sales experienced are preferably.Full Time Job roleLocation: Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Indore, Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Bangalore & KolkataJob Responsibility:1. Primary responsibilities are Sourcing the candidates through employment exchange/job fairs/campus drives/ Institutions etc.2. Recruiters will be to identify, counselled, recruit and prospective candidates that best fit the clients needs.3. Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted applicants.4. Connecting with placement officers at colleges, training institutes, districts employment exchange offices, job placements agencies and NGOs for bulk hiring.5. Conduct seminar and jobs fairs at various Institutions.6. Connect with different sourcing channels like Consultancy, reference etc.7. Promoting our company brand with marketing materials through best suit of a position as per client requirements.8. Data Collection form various sourcing pockets and calls.9. Able to source candidates through multiple sources through social media platform.10. Counselling, screening, briefing & grooming of candidates for the selection process of the job as per client requirements.11. Travelling within pan India as per client requirements or assigned territory.
