Job Description

    Department: SalesPost: 1 | Experience: 5 to 8 YearsYour responsibilities As a Senior Business Analyst in the post-sales domain, your responsibilities would encompass a wide range of activities aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing processes, and contributing to overall business success. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sales. Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations. Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving business needs and provide tailored solutions. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather post-implementation requirements. Translate business needs into detailed requirements for development and implementation teams. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align post-sales activities with overall business goals. Participate in cross-functional. meetings to share insights and coordinate efforts to improve the customer experience.Our requirement Experience in requirement gathering, FRS, and SRS preparation. Good understanding of the product and requirements of the client. Understanding of / creation of user stories to capture the who, what , and why of client business objectives. Coordinating and interacting with development teams and clients for the development / customization of solutions to their requirements. Preparation of user manuals, installation qualification, and functional requirement specifications. Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet all documentation deliverable deadlines. Writing case studies and blogs for the projects and websites developed. Participate in client calls and presentations as necessary. Research industry knowledge for the assigned client(s) using external resources and leveraging internal knowledge. Experience in doing presales documentation (Preferable) Experience in client consultation and Estimation (Preferable) Experience working with enterprise Technologies such as Odoo, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Preferable,
