Interfacing with all service level heads and managers based out of India as well as other global offices. (24 X 7 work environment). Interfacing with Business development, finance, and administration team members, Quality Assurance Team, DBA team and Software Development teams of for all functional as well as operational issues.External: Based upon project need.Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. Computers/ IT, MscIT, MCA, ME graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA TM), Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP TM), or equivalent, Agile Certification (PMI-ACP or CSM, etc.)Expected Competencies: Experience with all MS Office applications. Assists in the collection and consolidation of requirements received from multiple stake holders. Ability to understand client requirements, expectations and breakdown the same to the concerned teams. Provide documentation support for requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, design of new functionality, and product testing. Strong problem-solving, negotiation and analytical skills. Participate in project walkthroughs: business requirements gathering, design walkthrough, functional test plans and implementation sessions. Assist with the daily management of operational functions of the Project Team, including preparation and minutes for standing meetings, reporting processes, information flow. Develop periodic project progress reports. Manage written communications between stakeholders and internal business units. Manage and maintain content management and control processes and tools. Should have an aptitude for computer technology and be proficient in spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software.Experience: 5-7 Years. A. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as Sr. Business Analyst. B. Min 5 years of hands-on exposure on technical business analyst and process improvement. C. Should have exposure to CMMi-L3 or Six sigma practices.,
