Job Description

    MICRO ORBIT (An ISO & CMMI Level 5 MNC) SR. FRONT DESK ADMINISTRANT (Only Females)Profile Briefing:Deputing smart looking & talented female for Sr. Front Desk Administrant position to undertake all Front desk, clerical & administrative responsibilities. You will be the face of the company and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.Precise Information:
    • Title: Front Desk Administrant
    • No. of Vacancies: 1
    • Location: Ahmedabad
    • Salary & Compensation: Competitive and high in the industry
    • Shift: UK | Monday to Friday only (12:30 PM to 9:30 PM)
    • Desired Experience Range: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
    • Joining Availability: Preference will be given to immediate joiners
    Essential Responsibilities:
    • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
    • Greet and welcome guests
    • Answer questions and address complaints
    • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to concern department or keep messages
    • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
    • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
    • Check, sort and forward emails.
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
    • Keep updated records and files
    • Monitor office expenses and costs
    • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, meetings, interviews, appointments etc.)
    Desired Skills:
    • Proven experience as front desk executive or relevant position
    • Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer etc.)
    • Knowledge of office management
    • Proficient in English (oral and written) & people skills
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
    • Good organizational, time management & multi-tasking abilities
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Customer service orientation
    • High School diploma, additional qualifications will be a plus
