Job Description

    Marketing & Sales for Pakistan - tunisia - morocco 2)Sourcing support to our china team from vietnam and turkey suppliers 3) Identifying, creating and innovating products which are commercially saleable and add distinct value to customer business I) Marketing : Converting prospects into potential buyers by campaigning throught trade bodies ,different social media ,B2B platforms ,exhibitions etc., other possible sources. To identify relevent customers to generate relevant leads for fibres & yarns from Inactive Existing Customers & New Customers and exploring various business opportunities in multiple products, segments . II)Sales : Generating revenue and profitability and hence meeting the Sales Target by converting leads into the business by procuring the material from the appropriate source ensuring credit worthiness of customers & suppliers, aligned to our organizational culture , compliance and timely receipt of full payment. III) New products added - products commercialised . exclusive arrangement done for products /segments I) Marketing : a) Identify suitable platforms like trade bodies ,different social media ,B2B platforms ,exhibitions . b) Creating awareness and build magnetic brand for products and services and hence converting prospects into potential buyers. c) Preparation of segmentwise and customer specific product in morocco d) Definining and devloping target customer on the basis of the revenue, consumption, product segment II) Sales : 1) Check and ensure credential of buyers and suppliers 2) Understand the NDPs of the customers , and offer solution to customers as per their NDPs. 3) Lead generation from existing customers. 4) Converting the leads into the business ensuring the optimum profitability and revenue generation 5) Managing healthy relationship with customers and suppliers and channel partners 6) Amicable solution of any type of problem with customers and suppliers. 7) Revival of Dormant customer - Devloping port data and new customer Sourcing : 1) Keep searching & developing the new suppliers of vietnam- turkey and china ensuring their credibility and competence 2) Ensuring timely delivery of orders 3) Identifying suitable source and conclude the business with them. Marketing Tasks & Activities: a) Identify and shortlist the suitable platforms from trade bodies ,different social media ,exhibitions 1) Identify the relevent touchpoint like Owner , Purchase Manager , Purchase Executive etc and collecting their contact information ( Phone no. / Email id) from the internet b) Creating awareness and build magnetic brand for products and services and hence converting prospects into potential buyers. 1) Identifying appropriate awareness medium like social media, B2B portals ,exhibitions , brochures etc. 2) To Create suitable marketing script based respective markets & segments. 3) Running Campaign online and offline to create magnetic brand 4) Cold calling prospects, introduce , create awareness and credibility about Texperts, understand their NDPs and generate leads. 5) Generating testimonials from existing customers to create credibility. c) Preparation of segmentwise and customer specific product promotional kit, content and marketing script based on prospects. 1) Identify suitable products, presentations, and marketing campaign in line with customers requirement. 2) Identify relevent suppliers and collect samples from them d) Definining target customer on the basis of the revenue, consumption, product segment 1) Identify customers as per purchase volume and products and buying pattern Sales Tasks & Activities 1) Check and ensure credit worthiness of buyers and suppliers : a) Arranging meetings, reference from customers/suppliers, getting credit reports checked 2) Understand the NDPs of the customers , and offer solution to customers as per their NDPs. a) Ask questions to understand end use, payment term requirements, quality requirements, import terms & benefits. 3) Lead generation from existing customers. a) Offer prices/samples proactively. b) Staying connected with buyers daily via chat, calls, video calls etc. c) Sharing market updates on regular basis. 4) Converting the leads into the business ensuring the optimum profitability and revenue generation a) Comparing prices and negotiate prices according to the workable price level. b) Offer prices to customer ensuring the optimum profitability and revenue generation. 1)New customer added and no of new supplier added - Business / revenue generated accordingly 2)No. of relevant leads generated at a specific interval (Monthly, Quarterly). 3)Percentage of leads converted into business 4)Revenue and profitability generated against the Target . 5)No. of new products added to existing customers. 6) Customer retention (Customers discontinued and its business share in revenue and profitibality) 7) Payment Delay/Default % 8) Complaint closure within expected timeframe ensuring retention of parties involved,
