Team Lead will focus on general team issues, the Tech Lead will focus on technical matters that affects more than just one developer. He/She has to step in on heated technical debates, and work with outside stakeholders to define technical options and agree on solutions for future streams of work. He/She will have to write code with the other developers and sometimes called for development huddles to agree on a direction.A bachelors or master s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline is required.Required SkillsMust have excellent technical abilities in order to successfully perform their job responsibilities. A strong background in troubleshooting and technology support. Applicable skills may include the following: mobile or web systems; security principles; open source security tools; programming languages; and shell scripting with JAVA, AngularJS, NodeJS, Python.
