Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable backendapplications using Node.js and related technologies.
    • Build and maintain robust, high-performance APIs that supportfrontend applications and third-party integrations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers,UX/UI designers, and frontend developers, to ensure seamless integration of backend and frontend components.
    • Implement and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable data storagesolutions using databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues, bugs, andother technical challenges in backend applications.
    • Participate in code and design reviews, providing constructivefeedback and suggestions for improvement.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emergingtechnologies in backend development, specifically with Node.js.
    • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuouslearning and improvement.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translatethem into technical specifications.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ora related field.
    • At least 5 years of professional experience in backend development,with a focus on Node.js.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and familiarity with TypeScript.
    • Extensive experience with Node.js frameworks, such as Express,Koa, or NestJs.
    • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and bestpractices.
    • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL,PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
    • Familiarity with modern development tools and practices, such as Git,Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and bestpractices for backend applications.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus ondelivering high-quality, maintainable code.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability towork effectively in a team environment.
