In addition to the products provided to the insurance market, we assist our clients to provide services to the General Contractors, Sub-contractors and business owners.Our current product portfolio comprises of 5 industry-leading products, and we are innovating constantly both adding to product functionality and bringing out new products.The Senior Manager Insurance Risk Management Administrative Services will lead and oversee a team responsible for managing insurance operations, risk administration, policy governance, claims management, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. The role ensures effective risk coverage, regulatory adherence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across insurance and risk-related administrative services.Job Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 25 professionals across insurance administration, claims, compliance, and risk support functionsDefine roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for team membersDrive performance management, coaching, succession planning, and capability developmentFoster a culture of accountability, accuracy, collaboration, and customer-centric serviceAddress performance gaps, escalations, and employee concerns proactivelyWork collaboratively with sales, product and engineering teams.Standardize and optimize insurance and risk management processesTrack SLAs, turnaround times, and service quality metricsIdentify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiativesRequired Skills and Experience:8-10 years of BPO/KPO industry experience involving hands-on dealing with insurance clients.Strong leadership experience managing large teams (25 members)Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skillsAnalytical mindset with strong reporting and documentation capabilitiesHigh attention to detail, governance focus, and decision-making discipline2-3 years of experience in Professional Services leadership rolesPrior experience in leading insurance or risk management operations at scalePersonal AttributesProficiency in English, both verbal and written is a must.Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsA passion for continuous improvementStrong problem solving and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignment concurrently is required.Be a self-driven individual with the go-getter attitude.A person with a positive frame of mind and personalityEducational Requirements:Bachelors degree in Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, Business, or related fieldBenefitsOpen, transparent, and collaborative work - cultureRewards & RecognitionsReferral BonusFlex time policyMaternity Leave benefitFamily Medical InsuranceAhmedabad Location: 1401 to 1410, 14th Floor, B Block, Westgate by True Value, Nr.
