Job Description

    Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with a strong background in the fintech / banking domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure Python applications. As a Senior Python Developer, you will play a key role in leading the development team, contributing to architecture decisions, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable Python applications in the fintech domain.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and expertise.
    • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
    • Contribute to the architectural decisions of the software solutions.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to analyze, prioritize, and implement new features and enhancements.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues.
    • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in fintech and Python development.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree / masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven 5-8 years of experience as a Python Developer, with a focus on fintech applications.
    • Strong expertise in Python, Django, and related frameworks.
    • Experience with database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
    • Solid understanding of financial concepts and fintech industry practices.
    • Familiarity with cloud services, such as AWS or Azure.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
