Monitoring and Implementation of the Quality Control System. TDC review as per customer specification and code requirement. Inward Raw Material Inspection & MTC Review, Handling Customer, TPIA for Stage wise Inspection at shop and Vendor end. Ensure Reduction in customer complain & Prompt resolution when required. Review of PQR, WPQ, Approval of Quality Assurance Plan. Approval of Work-related Procedures & their revisions when required. Identifying Problems Related to Quality & to initiate, recommend & Provide solutions. Evaluating All Non-conformists & Implementing remedial actions. QA/QC Audit, Quality Certification Audit, Customer Audit. Existing Supplier Quality Issue, New supplier Development. Communication & Negotiation Skill. Knowledge of ASME Code / Specification / Other client Requirements. Knowledge of Heavy Fabrication - Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Piping & Parts. ASNT SNT TC-1A Level-II in PT, RT, UT and MP. Knowledge of ISO : 9001 Series, EHS, Internal Auditing Skill. Technical Delivery condition as per Project Material. Good Knowledge of ERP system, MS office (Word, Excel etc.). Preparation and Review of ITP, QC Process & Final Inspection. Preparation and Review of NDE / Examination Procedure. Handling of Client / TPIA / Vendor. Review of laboratory, Vendor Documents & acceptance of Compliance.
