Job Description

    Job Title: Sr. Site SupervisorWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Site Supervisor to oversee and manage site operations. The role involves supervising the day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring smooth project execution, and addressing client issues promptly. The Sr. Site Supervisor will also manage the handover process, ensuring all project milestones are met and the site operates within the specified timelines and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff and contractors, maintaining effective communication with clients, and ensuring that all site operations are compliant with safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and supervise daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow.
    • Manage the handover process and ensure timely project delivery.
    • Resolve any client-related issues and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Supervise and coordinate staff, contractors, and other site resources.
    • Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
    • Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and the project team.
    • Monitor progress and report regularly to senior management.
    Key Skills & Qualifications:
    • 5-7 years of experience in site supervision, with a strong background in construction projects.
    • BE in Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
    • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
    • Ability to manage project timelines and quality standards effectively.
    CTC Offered: Rs 5 LPA (on-hand salary)Additional Benefits:
