    Infosys BPM is hiring for Sr. System Engineer (Business Value Architect) diversity For AhmedabadJOB DESCRIPTION:Job Location: AhmedabadQualification: BE/B.Tech/MCAShifts: RotationalExperience: Min 1-4 YearsKey Responsibilities: Shape the engagement, design principles, Manage and prioritize demand Interaction with sponsor and business, day to day management of the team and delivery Project Management support bringing in Celonis expertise Analysis of the As-Is process using Celonis dashboards to identify process inefficiencies and work with business stakeholders to unearth the root causes. Map the As-Is Processes in via workshops and process mining. Work with Business Users, Technical team and Celonis Analyst to qualify and propose solutions for process improvements (Eg :- Workflow Automation, RPA, Celonis Action Flows, User Training, etc.) Quantify Business Impact and build business cases and ROI calculations leveraging industry standards and frameworks. Create reports using standard metrics to measure and capture value delivered through Celonis and RPA implementation for the different use cases. Define activities, KPIs/Metrics, dimensions and prepare the formulas Requirements workshop and brainstorming session (KPIs, metrics, process) Business user enablement and value realization workshop Business values and Insights documentation.Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Process mining experience using Celonis Good knowledge of Business processes i.e. P2P, R2R etc. Multiple projects on end-to-end implementation of Celonis Knowledge of one of ERPsIf interested, please share your resume with below details to hidden_email to schedule the interview.
