Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesPackaging & integrating Engine cooling systems/ HVAC for tractorConceptualise & detailed design of Engine cooling systems meeting Cost, weight & functional targetsHands on experience in 1D cooling system simulation softwaresWorking along with Proprietary suppliers to finalise Radiator designPrepare Design validation plan(DVP) to ensure the vehicle performanceGood Knowledge in GD & T, DFMEAProblem solving techniquesInterpretation of CFD/ CAE & NVH reportsLead cooling system teamMulti project management and Co-ordination with all the stake holders to meet project Q,C,D requirementsExperience10 to 12 yearsIndustry PreferredTractor/Automotive IndustryQualificationsBE/ ME - Mechanical/AutomotiveGeneral RequirementsShould have good analytical skill to analyse technical data like engine input data Experience in Engine cooling system design - Radiator/ Charge air cooler/ HVAC Hands on experience in 1D cooling system simulation softwares Exposure to Team Centre- Enterprise, TC- Engineering and TC -Project Good knowledge of APQP/NPD process Have fluency in writing technical contents, articles, etc. Good communication skills Self driven and result oriented Quick learner Problem solving skills Analytical skill Team Leading skill Decision Making Knowledge in MS-Office utilities like: Word, Power point, Excel Vehicle, system level & component design - Engine cooling system Hands on experience in 1D cooling system simulation softwares CAD knowledge (Unigraphics - NX 10 & Team centre PLM) Thermal engineering basics GD&T, material selection and manufacturing methods DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFS, QFD & 6-Sigma Practices,
