Job Description

    Sr GM VP CIVIL PROJECTSQualification: DIPLOMA B TECH BERole & responsibilitiesThe candidate should be a self-starter. He is required to demonstrate real leadership qualities and be Responsible for planning, execution, and balance sheet of multiple projects in Coordination with architects and consultants, and planning, execution, and closing of the projects within the defined timeline. Execution of works within the parameters of time, cost, quality, and productivity, Monitoring workload analysis: Task usage, resource usage, Improved utilization/Reduced downtime, Ongoing monitoring of project progress, adherence to contract specifications, and quality standards, Identification of opportunities for application of good engineering practices/ innovative practices to enhance the quality of delivery Build and maintain relationships with external entities- contractors, government agencies, vendors, consultants, Proper systems implementation sub-contract system, information technology, quality, safety, and environment, Managing the client interface in terms of deliverables, grievances, issues, Project management reporting to identify potential claims and other project issues, Demobilize project, resources, equipment on completion, Ensuring smooth Project closure activities- surplus material/resources reconciliation, Sign-offs, contractor retention money etc.Preferred candidate profileBE (Civil) with experience of 25-30 years is required with a concentration on Township, Group Housing / High-rise Residential Projects, should have an excellent grasp of coordination with consultants/contractors/architects, managing all verticals, starting new projects, the establishment of the organization as a reputed Developer based on credibility and delivery.
