Planning & Achieving the Stores
Sales TargetsTo Recover all the outstanding in the stipulated time
Responsible for maintaining Store Operation costPlanning & forecasting Stock requirement at SKU (Stock Keeping Units) level for the store
Ensure Minimum Level of Old Stock at Store LevelResponsible for Inward & Outward stock of his store(Physical Stock & System Should Tally)
Ensuring All Stock is Properly Mainatined & there is No Damage to the same
Should have Good Knowledge of all Product Categories
Ensuring implementation of Companys service standards
Timely Delivery of the product to the customer
Implementing Store visual & merchandise displays
Ensuring All Sytems & Processes are Followed
Ensuring overall administration , safety and security of the store
Handling Cash counter in absence of cashier
