Exp:5-10 yrs Structural Erection Engineer - Civil Anywhere in India and Abroad B.E/B.Tech Civil or Diploma in Civil from reputed university / college Expected Work Experience Minimum 5 Years to 10 Years of relevant experience in with Large scale organization. Preferred industry Pharmaceutical (API Formulation) / Chemical and Agrochemical Expected Competencies Construction Management Familiar Standards CGMP, USFDA, ASME, ANSI, SMACNA, ISO. Key Responsibilities: Fabrication, Erection and Installation of MS Structure at industrial plants project site.i.e. Columns, Tie Beams, Cross Beams, Baseplates, Tope plates, Gratings, Chequored Plate, Side Cladding, Sheeting, Roof Truss etc. Undertake regular inspections and supervise works at regular intervals. Making Quality check reports of Complete structural Works. Ensures quality, safety etc. Handles Inspection of Prefabrication, welding, Sandblasting, painting, erection, alignment, fit-up, Gratings, Roof structure, Cladding, supports, Tie beams, Cross beams etc. Supervise Structural completion and plant handover and make sure that the punch lists works are performed correctly and rapidly. Interact with client/ erection crew for smooth execution of project at field. Handling contractors, customers and other agencies at site, maintaining proper documents of the material received and used at site. Carrying out the final inspections of the fully completed site with a representative from the respective area client prepare a completion report. Ensures effective coordination of all project execution activities taken up by different functions such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation, to avoid repetitive work Prepare BOQ, contractor bill, BBS, DPR, reconciliation work of Structural Beams, Angles, Plates, Truss pipes etc. materials. Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Structural works prior to execution. Internal project scheduling with help of MSP. Checking of the quality of material received at the sites as per the required specifications quality norms to avoid use of substandard material Reviews and interprets all drawings related to the project, specifications and contractual obligations and all revisions of them as they occur.
