Job Description

    Job Title: SupervisorCompany: FMCG Company (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)Location: All IndiaSalary: 20k 55k per monthAs a Supervisor at our FMCG Company, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations within our production or warehouse facility. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient functioning of the team, maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and safety. Key responsibilities include:
    1. Team Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to a team of production workers or warehouse staff, ensuring that they understand their roles and responsibilities and are working effectively towards achieving departmental goals.
    2. Production/Operations Management: Planning and organizing production schedules or warehouse activities to meet customer demand, optimizing resource utilization, and minimizing downtime.
    3. Quality Control: Monitoring product quality and ensuring that all production processes comply with established quality standards and procedures, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    4. Training and Development: Providing training to new employees and ongoing coaching and development opportunities to existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    5. Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members, conducting regular safety audits and implementing corrective measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
    • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in computer applications and data analysis tools.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
