Job Description

  • The role is responsible to support the supplychain functions globally, on technical, process, system support levels.
  • To drive, coordinate and execute the supplier performance evaluation and reporting processes.
  • To evaluate Global and local market suppliers and rate them from a risk point of view.
  • To organize supplier evaluations and process the survey results with the help of technical tool. To organize training for supply change management employees.
  • To implement audit of suppliers concerning their compliance toVodafone policies.
  • Support the Supplier Performance Management (SPM) evaluation and improvement planning program: ensures well-working technology behind the process, drives process & technology related improvement initiatives till implementation, ensures process & technology documentation are in place.
  • Makes sure project plan is followed, identifies risks during the evaluation and takes the necessary actions, mitigations, escalations.
  • Ensures successful implementation of the SPM tools to local markets and Vodafone Procurement Companyby providing training, training materials, documentations, proper communication, engagement with stakeholders.
  • Engages with Commercial Contract Management activities and the teams across the markets
  • Drives and supports system enhancements and design changes.
  • Supports data migration
  • Ensures effective reporting and communication framework forstakeholders

  • Fluent English
  • Commercial expertise
  • 3-5 years of Experience of working in an environment focusing on commercial and contractual relationships
  • Experience in supplier management or procurement
