Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities for engineering and industrial hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience in handling niche technical positions, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely demand fulfillment.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Handle hiring requirements for engineering, industrial automation, hydraulic, and other niche technical roles.
    • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
    • Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
    Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate closely with delivery teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
    • Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management.
    • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    Vendor Management
    • Coordinate with recruitment vendors and consultants for sourcing quality profiles.
    • Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to hiring timelines.
    • Drive candidate engagement and onboarding activities.
    Reporting & MIS
    • Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS reports.
    • Track open positions, ageing reports, recruitment funnel, and hiring status.
    • Generate periodic dashboards and reports for management review.
    Market Intelligence
    • Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence surveys.
    • Provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring practices.
    Required Skills
    • Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written).
    • Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
    • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
    • Experience hiring for engineering, industrial automation, hydraulic, or manufacturing-related roles.
    • Industrial recruitment experience is mandatory.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
    Experience in Market Intelligence Surveys. Proficiency in Hindi.
